Designing for expansion

This company develops products which scan objects in 3D for medical purposes. To expand their range they needed to be able to customise their products. We helped them understand the stages to follow in creating a product design specification and roadmap. This has allowed the company to diversify their range, and to expand into new technical and business areas.
