A manufacturer of scented toiletries needed to review and revise their business processes support their development from small family firm to a medium sized company with a growing number of product lines and several distinct sales channels. We undertook a business process review with them which identified where short, medium and long term developments were required. Additional sources of assistance and development were identified to support these developments. The results of this process will allow the company to operate more effectively in the short term and to expand in the medium and longer term.
